Cottages seem to be a favourite among many people and I don’t think that it is because of the nice bark mulch and compost smell coming from the back garden. Many people think that there is nothing to do when it comes to a cottage which is true but this is what makes them so relaxing!

Romantic

You are almost guaranteed a bit of romance if you are taking your girlfriend away to a cottage simply because many believe that a cottage is really romantic. Well of course if you think about it you will find that it is. You can cuddle up in front of the fire in those cold winter evenings and just enjoy each others company. There is no need to have anything to get in your way. There are no very poor programmes to watch on television because there are quite often no TVs to watch. This just means that you are showing each other how much you care for one another.

Relaxing

The great thing about staying in a cottage is that there is very rarely anything at all to do. This is a great thing because you can just lie in bed as long as you want and have nothing to get up for. Quite often the cottages people stay in are situated in the countryside so there is always an opportunity to go for a nice walk and this is something that can do a couple some real good.

holiday cottages are really great for enjoying life for what it is. Get away from that city life and get out in the country and see a bit of nature, you certainly will not regret it.

People also make the mistake that a cottage is just for two people this is wrong and you can take the whole family along for a nice break in the country. Whatever the reason, make sure you have a relaxing time!
